Re: [eclipse.org-planning-council] Meeting today

Hi folks,

For the N&N entry on SLF4J, the 4.28 news documented it (for product builders) here https://eclipse.dev/eclipse/news/4.28/platform.php#slf4j.api-version-2 - what we did for 2023-09 in EPP (and platform) is actually apply the changes as outlined in that N&N entry.

I think having a N&N for the Eclipse IDE as a whole is a good idea, but I am not sure I can rush a "pretty" one out this week, but I'll try an initial version that should show up in https://eclipseide.org/release/noteworthy/. Also, having the N&N is good, but we also need a "documentation" entry somewhere for this kind of thing at some point.
