Re: [eclipse.org-planning-council] SimRel 2018-09 & 2018-12 schedules

Observations:

* Dates look good in Google Calendar, including the 10am EST GA time on the Wednesdays at the end of the train.

* https://wiki.eclipse.org/Category:SimRel2018-09 is empty - I suspect you meant https://wiki.eclipse.org/Category:SimRel-2018-09 (adding an extra dash)

* https://wiki.eclipse.org/SimRel/2018-09/Simultaneous_Release_Plan looks good but https://wiki.eclipse.org/SimRel/2018-12/Simultaneous_Release_Plan is still empty. I imagine that's intentional for now as you await feedback on the September release page.

*  https://wiki.eclipse.org/Category:Photon does point to the next release, but that next release page https://wiki.eclipse.org/Category:SimRel-2018-09 points to an as-yet created page called 2018-12. So I've changed the link to point at https://wiki.eclipse.org/Category:SimRel-2018-12 instead for consistency.
