[eclipse.org-planning-council] Reschedule next meeting on November 2nd

Hi,

I will not be able to manage the next meeting on Weddnesday November 1st 
as it is public holiday in France, so the next meeting will be schedule 
on Thursday November 2nd.

The agenda :
* Oxygen & Photon status (by Fred Gurr/Mikael Barbero)
* JDT & Platform news, Oxygen.3 schedule update (by Dani Megert) - As 
discussed during EclipseCon, Fred/Mikael could you list all the projects 
depending on the JDT ?
* Status of the brainstorm about the future of the SimRel (by Mélanie 
Bats)
