Re: [eclipse.org-planning-council] Fw: Oxygen service release dates and Oxygen+1 release dates

Does "lazy consensus" mean we'll have:

* Oxygen.0 in June 2017,
* Oxygen.1 in July 2017,
* Oxygen.2 in Sep 2017,
* Oxygen.3 in Dec 2107, and a final update release,
* Oxygen.4 in Mar 2018

?

Since all update releases have optional participation, this means
projects who don't want to (or don't need to) release in July can
simply skip that and release in September.

So say we all?
