[eclipse.org-planning-council] Question on Categories in Sim. Release Re

PC Members, 

You know that we, the PC, have final
say over the "Categories" in the Sim. Release repo, right? Well,
I could use some help deciding a new case.

It is basically asking if we should
add a "Cloud" category. Currently there would just be one entry,
CFT (that I know of). 
And normally I like to avoid categories
with just one entry. 

But, I know "Cloud" is a pretty
important category and do not know if having it be an explicit category
will lead to more attention or contributions?
