as I added in meeting minutes:

• Discuss and vote on CFT being in Neon "late" (See mailing list post).
  This request was approved as an exception for M6. If the project is not in aggregation build for M6, they will need to request an exception (again) for M7. Forgot to mention in the meeting, but the project should still create a release record and announce on cross-project list.

That is, I wanted to "call out"
what I forgot to say at the meeting. Once the CFT project has a "project
record" at Eclipse Foundation, be sure to add a "release record",
and announce your intent to be in Neon on the cross-project list.
