[eclipse.org-planning-council] Release Names

Hi everyone, this is a bit off topic so feel free to ignore (but I found it interesting).

One of the tasks of the planning council is to come up with the name of the release. There was a very interesting article (IMHO) on the challenges Fedora hit with their most recent release name (a name that included unicode characters).
