Also, while we've technically already completed our retrospective, we should likely append a note about Juno performance.  There has been a great deal of noise lately about this problem (and even the choice to use 4.2 vs. 3.8).  I'm not saying the planning council did anything wrong or that we should change anything. We should just make sure that these conversations are noted:
