[eclipse.org-planning-council] Reminder: No meeting in July .... but pla

As we previously decided, there is no
meeting in July since we just released (congratulations to all) ... 

But, I have started the Kepler plan,
at

primarily to start to document the schedule,
since the first milestone will be coming in August (following patterns
similar to previous years). While we will finalize the plan and dates at
our August (or, September) meeting I'd appreciate everyone taking a quick
look especially at the M1 and M2 dates to make sure there are no issues
(or typos) with those dates.

Besides Kepler, we also have Juno SR1
coming up with RCs beginning in August, and released the fourth Friday
of September. While we have already agreed to the dates, feel free to bring
up issues or propose changes if you have reason to.

There is considerable overlap in some
of the Kepler milestone dates and Juno SR1 dates, which is unavoidable,
I believe, ... please plan accordingly.
