[eclipse.org-planning-council] Proposed meeting at Eclipse Con: 2 PM Sun

At the last PC Call, we came up with the least worst time to try and meet face-to-face.
Several said their travel plans wouldn't allow it, but figured the rest of us would do what
we could. There's not much "open time" but if anyone feels strongly and wants to suggest
an alternative, it'd be fair game to discuss on this list.

But, the default, status quo, is 2 - 3 on Sunday. I've started a wiki page for the meeting.
Please add your own plans to attend (to attend or not) and jot down ideas you'd
like to discuss in the agenda.
