[eclipse.org-planning-council] Galileo M4

Hello,

I'd like to get a full Galileo M4 build assembled and posted so that we can
take a closer look at the categorizations (not to mention verify that it all
assembles properly).

According to bugzilla, the following projects/components have expressed
intent but have yet to contribute a build model for inclusion into Galileo:

Runtime:
- ECF

Technology:
- ACTF
- Buckminster
- EPP UDC
- MAT
- SWTBot

Tools:
- PDT

DSDP:
- DD

Modeling:
- EMFT Mint
- EMFT EcoreTools
- EMF CDO
- EMF Net4j

Note that TMF-Xtext, EMFT-MWE, and M2T-Xpand were recently added.
Subversive and DSDP-TML are going to be re-added shortly.  TPTP has been
temporarily removed while bug 260707 is resolved.

If you're uncertain about how to add your build model, see

build model is ready and I will add it to galileo.build and check the
categorization.
