I've updated the wiki with notes from today's call:

Two items we need to agree on are:
1. Do monthly calls the first Wednesday of each month at 11:00 am Eastern US
work for most?
2. Who can make an in-person meeting the day before the next Board meeting
in Dallas, TX (Sept. 16th)?  The next in-person meeting would be in
December, also coincident with the Board meeting (in San Francisco).
