RE: [eclipse.org-planning-council] Europa re-spins and Europa Fal lmaintenance and Europa-matic currently fails

The Europa update site does that and we are not seeing download stats since
some time in May. And I'm pretty sure I downloaded stuff from there at least
once...

Unfortunately with the server outage, I can't check right now, but I did
check a couple of weeks ago or so and saw nothing.
