RE: [eclipse.org-planning-council] "Batik" feature in Europa -- is itnot obsolete?

  - Apache Derby Core
  - Apache Commons Codec
  - Mozilla Rhino
  - W3C SAC

These features are used by BIRT. They have different versions as those in Orbit.

Thanks,

Subject: [eclipse.org-planning-council] "Batik" feature in Europa -- is itnot obsolete?

Hi, Europa crew,

I see that the latest Europa builds still include a "Batik" feature in the Enabling Features category.  AFAIK, all of the Batik consumers (GMF, TPTP, BIRT) are now including the Orbit bundles, so this feature shouldn't be needed any more.  Is it still being used by some project?

Likewise these other features that I know are resident in Orbit:

  - Apache Derby Core
  - Apache Commons Codec
  - Mozilla Rhino
  - W3C SAC

It would be nice to clean these out if they are no longer needed.

Cheers,

Christian
