[eclipse.org-planning-council] Europa build M6+2 - problems with multipl

Seems to me (testing 'staging') that
trying to list a feature in multiple categories, in the site.xml file,
no longer works. 
I've opened https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=181618
for that bug, 
but in the mean time, I've edited the
site.xml file, so our WTP features list only one category. 

I believe we were the only ones trying
to do that, but I think unfortunate ... since gives more of an 
Eclipse Project flavor to the site,
instead of conceptual groupings that end-users might more easily understand.
