Eclipse Foundation Members, A proposal has been made to establish an Eclipse Long Term Support Industry Working Group [1]. The goal of the Long Term Support (LTS) Industry Working Group (IWG) is to enable the Eclipse ecosystem to consume and provide maintenance and support for the full breadth of Eclipse technologies. SAP, EclipseSource, CA, IBM, and others have all expressed interest in participating this industry working group. The proposed charter [2] for this working group is available for review. If you have any comments or feedback on the proposed charter, or are interested in participating, please send to lts-iwg@xxxxxxxxxxx. (NOTE: you will have to subscribe to the list before posting.) All Members of the Eclipse Foundation are invited to join and participate in this working group. Based on the feedback and level of interest, the working group will be officially created in May 2012.
