This is a final reminder that tomorrow,
May 5, is the deadline to participate in the Eclipse market research project. The purpose of the project is to do a
formal study of the Eclipse user community to better understand their wants and
needs. I have attached the draft questionnaire that we are planning
to use. Please let myself or Mike Taylor know if you have any

market research study of the Eclipse user community. The objective is
to help Eclipse member companies to better understand the wants and needs of
the Eclipse user community. Last year, we completed a similar study with
Evans Data and it was very well received by the sponsor companies. To undertake this type of study, we are looking for Eclipse
member companies to share in the cost of conducting the study. Companies
that participate as a sponsor will have access to the survey results and can
participate in the development of the survey questions. Attached
is an agreement that details the costs of sponsorship. If you are interested in participating as a sponsor, please
compete and fax to me a completed agreement before May 5, 2006. If
you have any questions about the study, please feel free to contact myself or
