[eclipse.org-membership-at-large] Eclipse Community Awards voting clarficiation

Title: Bjorn Freeman
Just to clarify: the voting for Awards is not the same as voting for Board seats. The Eclipse community is *all* the *people* in the community and thus the rule is "one person, one vote". If company X has fifteen people who are part of the Eclipse community, then all fifteen are eligble to vote.

In the community is vaguely defined because the community is much larger than any definition I could possibly come up with. Clearly committers are in the community, but so are users. And so are marketing people. And so are managers. And so are people who write articles, pro or con. The community is everyone and thus everyone is allowed to vote (once!).

I hope this helps...
