[eclipse.org-membership-at-large] Two Project Declarations and More (wit

Members,
While PHP is growing rapidly, it has not yet taken over all Eclipse projects.
Thus regarding my email from before the holidays with two project declarations but only one title - not reality (yet :-).

So here's revised email, plus a few extra announcements:

• Project declaration "PHP-IDE".  The project proposal is on the website at http://www.eclipse.org/proposals/php-ide/
• Project declaration "Tool Services Framework (Corona)". The project proposal is on the website at http://www.eclipse.org/proposals/corona/
  
• Project declaration "Modeling Top-Level". The project proposal is on the website at http://www.eclipse.org/proposals/modeling/
• Creation Review "Supplemental Widgets for SWT (Nebula)" has been postponed. A new date will be posted on the website when the review is rescheduled.
