I hope everyone is having a good summer vacation season.

 

This is just a quick note to let you know that the proposed revisions to the Eclipse Foundation Bylaws were approved by a vote of the membership-at-large by a margin of 224 (yes) to 5 (no), and are effective as of August 15, 2011.

 

The new Bylaws[1] have been published on our Governance page[2]
