Declaration for the Sphinx Project

Sphinx (http://www.eclipse.org/proposals/sphinx/) is a proposed open source project under the Eclipse Model Development Tools (MDT) subproject (http://www.eclipse.org/modeling/mdt/). Sphinx will provide an extensible platform that eases the creation of integrated modeling tool environments supporting individual or multiple modeling languages (UML-based or native DSLs), and has a particular focus on industrial strength and interoperability.
