Declaration for the Mylyn Reviews Project

The Mylyn Reviews project (http://www.eclipse.org/proposals/mylyn-reviews/) is a proposed open source project under the Mylyn project (http://www.eclipse.org/projects/project_summary.php?projectid=tools.mylyn). ReviewClipse (http://www.inso.tuwien.ac.at/projects/reviewclipse/) will be open-sourced under the EPL and evolve into the Mylyn Reviews project. ReviewClipse is a code review plug-in for Eclipse, which helps developers to review the source code efficiently on a per changeset basis.
