CeBIT 2010 results
Qualified leads per company - 40-60
Postcard mailings - 3000 - demonstrates lots of traffic, but
lead gen from the prize drawings was not very successful - high
volume, no quality
Open Source Park - had good traffic, located across from
mini-theater from Linux mag
Todos:
- contact Linux New Media regarding Eclipse series in the Forum
(Pluspol has contact) - Snezana
propose an Eclipse demoCamp format, invite Ralph to join meeting
- Katharina will ask Frau Seifert to send the initial
contracts and info on included services

hanging banners, etc

Notes:
- extended deadline to end of October - Pluspol however, has
been flexible in terms of new participants
Registration fee
- last year, Pluspol paid the fees to Deutsche Messe on our behalf
because they needed to fill the space
- instead of reducing fees, we should negotiate for more space
- EF will not have its own ped; a listing would also be EUR 300

Datacom - EUR 300, plus 1,000
Ideas:
- Demo area or meeting area in the booth
- Reception for guests by invitation - would need separate area
- Pluspol did open source party last year
- Participate more in press events and have a joint press
release

- facebook/twitter posts - organized so that all companies on
the booth prepare 1 post per day and publish under the eclipse

product demos, and something (Flyer etc.) can be taken in the
basket in his hands
