[eclipse.org-european-marketing-wg] eclipse brochures

I have been working on two Eclipse brochures: 1) A brochure that describes the activities of the Foundation, and 2) a brochure on how to join the Foundation.  The intent is both these brochures can be used by member organizations who want to distribute information about Eclipse at a conference or other event.
