1 - Introduction to the Marketing Working Group
Ian briefly described how the group was formed, originally as a followup to a Marketing Stammtisch held in May in Germany.  The group is now 'official', limited to Eclipse Foundation members.   Joern Weigle and Susan Iwai will serve as the initial co-chairs.  The Working Group (WG) will meet every two weeks, with the initial goal to select and pursue 2-3 initiatives such as a Marketing workshop at ESE and co-exhibiting at conferences.  Other positive outcomes of the WG wil be networking among participants, growing our collective knowledge base about marketing and outreach activities on Eclipse and sharing related news and information.

Anti-trust - Ian reminded the group to avoid discussing competitive information, especially as it relates to pricing. He requested that all participants review the anti-trust policy on eclipse.org

3.  DevOXX
Action Item: Everyone to give their feedback on potential participation in a joint exhibit at DevOXX by 30 Sept. 2008
Depending on interest, the group may select a plug-in or Base+ exhibit.  Eclipse Foundation has budget to contribute one plug-in booth or EUR 3,000.
