- focus on European conferences - need to try to find conferences that are relevant for central Europe (all members)

- creating a list of companies that are using Eclipse in central Europe
- consider insurance companies as a first project

Need to find other agencies that might want to participate
- OSBF has a list of companies by industry - Susan
- Yuri may have suggestions for a company in the Netherlands

- Kingpin - they work from the UK in German, French, English, and possibly Dutch
- Katharina will send a list of insurance companies in Germany for a price check
- SOPERA will also send their list
- Potential funding for the project - look into eclipse.de, OSBF and S&S verlag as partners
- Kingpin presented their proposal on May 6th and the slides were distributed to the group

Next steps
- interested companies get together offline to pursue pilot
- find alternative research companies - Joern and Katharina will look for alternatives
