I'll +1 these, as well as +1 for Martin Fowler, +1 Kent Beck, and +1 
Ward Cunningham.   Love all these suggestions.

Doug do you have a link to some of Dave's presentations or postings.  
Would help me make a judgement on the suggestion.

Might be nice to get the keynoters  on a Panel for a session for some 
more QA discussion on various topics as well.
