Dave, I meant to get back to you on the OST idea. I like the sound of
it, and indeed I have diligently applied the "Law of Two Feet" to every
conference I have attended :)
I think that there certainly can be space for something like this within
the embrace of the Unconference context - such that for example one
could volunteer to host an OST gathering for, say, Using Eclipse for
XML Development as an Unconference session.
