I've asked for the 2009 PowerPoint templates to be created and I'll  
get them uploaded as soon as they're available. Thanks for the reminder.

Last year we had a download link for the template on the program

I'm thinking perhaps it should go on the wiki with the submission  
instructions: http://wiki.eclipse.org/EclipseCon_2009_Submission_Guidelines
