RE: [eclipse.org-eclipsecon-program-committee] Stats and reminder

Hi folks,

Bubble = talks that didn't make your short list that you'd like to have
considered for the extra allocations.  It's really the third state
between A and D.  We will discuss these as a group.  Please use
sparingly.
