Not two way sadly, and I rather wish I could have it on just the github side of things.  You can open an issue in bugzilla under Community/Github to get it mirrored.  At least you could at one point, I think they were backing away from mirroring stuff out at github because it wasn't working right.  I ended up running the merging for Jetty stuff in some cronjobs and bare git repos for a few years until we were able to get our canonical repo at github earlier this year.
