[eclipse.org-committers] Wiki moderation.

Hi Folks,

  We've installed the moderation
extension(https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Moderation) and have
re-enabled edits on the Wiki.  For now Denis and I will handle the
moderation, but depending on the load in the new year we may ask you to
volunteer to help with the moderation.

I've cleaned up the spam I could find, but if you run across some more
please let me know.
