Our ISP has advised us that the DDoS attack has subsided. Several IP
addresses in their netblock were flooded with ICMP and UDP traffic,
which, unfortunately, affected traffic flow to/from Eclipse.org.
At this time we are observing no performance degradation to Eclipse.org
services.
