[eclipse.org-committers] Declaration for the Virgo Project

The Dynamic Enterprise Application Platform project, nicknamed Virgo 
(http://www.eclipse.org/proposals/virgo), is a proposed open source 
project under the Eclipse Runtime Project. Virgo will provide a runtime 
platform for the development of server-side enterprise applications 
built on top of Equinox, optionally using modules from the Gemini project. 

You are invited to comment on and/or join the project. Please send all 
feedback to the Virgo forum at http://www.eclipse.org/forums/eclipse.virgo.
