[eclipse.org-committers] Bugzilla Upgrade status

Greetings,

I've upgraded to Bugzilla 3.4 last weekend.  Here are a few things you 
should know:

- Bugzilla is currently running in the much slower CGI mode, since the 
faster mod_perl would not initialize.  Solving this will be my priority 
since it makes the whole site feel sluggish.

- The default skin has changed, but you can return to the classic 
Bugzilla skin in your Preferences.

- There may be other new Preferences that may make your work easier.

- I still need to convert the database to UTF-8.  This is quite 
time-consuming, but I can do it without taking Bugzilla offline.
