I have completed back-syncing CVS and SVN.  As mentioned, only newer 
files on the failed server have been synced up, so at this point, 
everything should be restored as it was, and commits you've been doing 
today should still be there.

If you still have issues, please open bugs against Eclipse 
Foundaton/Community/CVS (or Subversion).
