[eclipse.org-committers] Re: [eclipse.org-membership-at-large] RE: Eclipse DemoCamps

Chris,

Replay Solutions may be interested in co-hosting one in the Bay Area but more in the December timeframe. We can discuss the details offline.

Thanks

All:

CodeGear will be willing to help another company with the Palo Alto
camp. If another company were willing to sponsor, we could provide some
level of support to help build critical mass. We would certainly
promote the event within our installed base, we'd love to present our
Ruby on Rails IDE and or Eclipse plug-ins.

Is there anyone out there willing sponsor the Palo Alto camp with a
promise of support from CodeGear? Please let me know.

Chris

Subject: Eclipse DemoCamps

All,

The Eclipse Foundation is organizing a series of Eclipse DemoCamps
<http://wiki.eclipse.org/Eclipse_DemoCamp> during the months of
November and December. This is an opportunity for the Eclipse
community to meet and network in cities around the world.

We have started a wiki site <http://wiki.eclipse.org/Eclipse_DemoCamp>
to promote the different cities hosting DemoCamps. I'd like to
encourage everyone to attend a local DemoCamp, either as an attendee or
as a presenter, and if there is not an event organized in your city,
then please consider organizing one. More details on organizing a
DemoCamp can be found here
<http://www.eclipse.org/community/democamp/organizedemocamp.php> .

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact myself or Lynn
Gayowski.

Ian
