Declaration for the Babel Project

The Eclipse Babel project is a proposed open-source project under the Eclipse Technology Project: http://www.eclipse.org/proposals/babel/.

IBM and BEA are jointly proposing Babel as a set of tools for globalizing Eclipse projects. Babel could include tools for enablement testing, translatability testing, translation preparation and testing, and so on. Babel will also allow users to contribute translations in any language.

You are invited to comment on and/or joint the project. Please send all feedback to news:news.eclipse.org/eclipse.technology.babel.
