[eclipse.org-committers] Bugzilla workflow changes proposed

Committers,

There has been some discussion that the RESOLVED/REMIND and 
RESOLVED/LATER bug resolutions are perhaps considered harmful. The 
community has expressed concerns that LATER/REMIND bugs are simply 
forgotten because of their invisibility, as one must run a specific 
query to see them.

REMIND and LATER are artifacts of old Bugzilla installations; for years, 
 new Bugzilla installations do not have those resolutions.

I'd like for committers to speak up: do you agree that REMIND and LATER 
should be phased out? If the outcome is +1, then I will propose a 
gentle, non-intrusive process to migrating away from them.  If the 
outcome is -1, we will close the issue and move on.
