As many of you are aware, we recently completed a review of
our legal records against Committer accounts. We’ve finished our
review and I’m pleased to report that there were only 26 Committers identified
during the review as requiring additional paperwork. Each of the affected
Committers has been contacted with a request that the paperwork be submitted by
March 21st. To those of you who were waiting for your accounts to be
provisioned while the review was underway, thank you for your patience –
all pending accounts have been provisioned where we have the necessary
paperwork (42) and where we need additional paperwork, we have been in contact
with you. If you believe that your provisioning is pending and have
not been contacted, please let either Sharon or I know. The review was needed as it had come to our attention that a
number of projects had moved. Unfortunately, our Employer
Consent Form has traditionally named a specific project. We
have recently changed this form to permit the Employer to consent to all of
their employee’s contributions to Eclipse so this should make it easier
for us all going forward. I encourage you to select this option where
