[eclipse.org-architecture-council] Frequent TP resolution failures

Dear colleagues,

the problem of TP resolutions failing frequently because of Eclipse Foundation server time outs for p2 updates site hosted at eclipse.org was discussed in our last call. 

I have opened this bug to track the discussion on this issue:

As discussed in our call it seems that mainly European devs have this problem.

Also it would also be interesting to track potential workarounds in the bug.
