Greetings Folks!

FYI, the Eclipse Foundation is now a CVE Numbering Authority. This means 
that we can assign CVEs to vulnerabilities as part of our security process.

Your input regarding how we roll this out will be appreciated. I don't 
think that the process of assigning CVEs will be or needs to be 
complicated, but really want to ensure that I'm not missing anything 
important. I'm capturing this on Bug 514571 [1].
