Re: [eclipse.org-architecture-council] AC 9-Jul Meeting Minutes

I'm not really sold. Visual Studio Code looks like an IDE to me, or at least not far from it.

I wonder if we just kept going on with the UX improvements we've been doing and add in support for easily adding in new languages we'd get pretty close to what Erich is talking about.

I just added the link to Erich Gammas talk on Visual Studio Code:
In the first 5 minutes he explains the shift form IDE to
smart editors.... The rest is about the concepts and
some demos...
