Actions:

-          Wayne reach out to Science TLP for sending a member; check about Bylaws for having Workinggroups send members

-          Pascal create a Bug for discussing creation (or usage of external) communication channel for technical questions

-          Denis (or somebody else?) check if review statistics could be retrieved from Gerrit
