Greetings Architecture Council. Please direct your attention to Bug 463849 [1]. This bug recommends the creation of a new mailing list for incubating projects that is automatically populated with: * Every member of the Architecture Council * Every committer and project lead from every project in the incubation phase There's a suggestion that committers stay on the list for six months after their project graduates; these people are probably one of the better resources having just completed the process. The intent of this list is to provide a communication channel for new projects to get help. At the same time, it will give us a channel to learn from our peers and maintain a collective sense for the status of our new projects. Minimally, this means a little bit more email for everybody. The list will be generated automatically based on AC membership. I do not intend to provide any means to opt out. If you have concerns, please make them known on the bug.
