I've added an agenda item to discuss adding new members to our ranks. Please spend a few minutes thinking about candidates that we can consider on our October 11 call.

FWIW, we tend to have these initial discussions during the phone calls (i.e. not in the mailing list) to avoid potential embarrassment to unsuccessful candidates.
