For the Tycho template, probably just want to create a parent-pom, that
contains the most common defaults, and then the other poms can inherit
from the parent. Would mean we would need to deploy that parent pom
somewhere.

I'm in but I also would task the group to come up with a Tycho build
template that we would share across projects, like what we did with
Athena.
