Here is an update:

1.  Scrum and Agile Techniques for Projects - come to the talk:  Lion, 
Tigers, and Bears: Scrum, XP, and Eclipse for some more information on 
my thoughts on this topic.

2.  Outstanding bug request.   This is still in the hands of the Eclipse 
network admins.   They have concerns about hudson doing the tagging.   
However this is a standard process that many organizations follow.

3. Athena documentation can be found at:  
http://wiki.eclipse.org/Athena_Common_Build.   There is ability to 
single source this documentation into HTML and Eclipse Help formats 
using Mylyn WikiText.

I have not had time to work on the Document for how to save build 
resources (i.e. keeping a clean workspace after builds are completed).
