At the last architecture council meeting I had a task to start to draft a Documentation Guideline for using the Wiki. This is in progress and would LOVE to have contributions:
http://wiki.eclipse.org/DocumentationGuidelines
This is based on some concepts and guidelines from the Fedora Doc Projects as well as the Ubuntu's Documentation Team guides.
Both projects single source and generate their content, some comes from the wiki, but both generate the masters from DocBook files.
