Our Webmasters have modified the "IP_Discussion" component in IPZilla, such
that only members of the following groups have access to it:
* Project Leads
* PMC Members
* Architecture Council Members
Other committers will see a "Not Authorized" message unless they are manually
invited to join the discussion by putting them on CC in IPZilla.
New discussions can be initiated through the Portal. On the Eclipse Foundation
Side, Mike Milinkovich, Wayne Beaton and Bjorn Freeman-Benson have agreed to
watch incoming traffic on IPZilla such that they can respond or react to
questions posed there.
Committers who have a question related to IP/Legal stuff are requested to
approach their Project Leads first, who can in turn escalate the question with
their PMCs, Mentors or the Architecture Council by filing a "normal" AC bug.
For more information, see the Wiki page covering all the Process:
http://wiki.eclipse.org/Architecture_Council/Bugs#IPZilla
Feedback and Comments regarding this process are welcome here on the bug.
